Yellow has never been my favourite colour for decoration…or anything else for that matter. I’m not sure why. Maybe it is just too bright for my scandinavian self. N says I’m a safe shopper because I always opt for things that are black, white or gray (I blame it on my Scandinavian heritage). buy diet pills Or maybe it is simply because the Swedish word for yellow (”Gult”) rhymes with the Swedish word for ugly (”Fult”). Well, for some reason, lately, I have been starting to think that yellow is kind of…nice. Actaully. Especially when it is paied with gray, which has been very popular for some time now.

I happen to love yellow! Not in any large amounts but for accents in decor, and in Summer I love wearing it. Such a refreshing, zingy and happy colour. Lifts my spirits everytime!
I think Spring make us gravitate to brighter colours.. though it feels more like another coming of the inland ice at the moment.. Sigh..

I just love this colour, I never tire of seeing it, which is kind of funny, like you I’ve always run in the opposite direction – at our last home the bright yellow kitchen was the first thing to go! I do like it now though, and it is a happy colour
