I walked into Bison Ceramics in Paddington in Sydney recently and wanted to buy every single item in the store. I especially like the tall table pots, they are perfect to put nuts and pretzels in and would look great on a robust wooden table or on a dark tabe cloth.
The design and colour palette reminds me of the homeware you can get from Swedish Höganäs Ceramics. And, not surprisingly, the founder and principle designer of Bison Homewares, Brian Tunks, actually went to school in Scandinavia. Here are some examples from the Höganäs collection:
